AMC Model SWM-DC20-1D is a Reflective
GaAs MMIC SPST Switch/ Modulator with
Integral TTL Driver, Designed for Ultra Broad-band, Fast
Switching Time, and
Low DC Power Consumption, Packaged in a Low Profile Housing.
